Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Total Athlete Health LLC, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Because our training plans and programs are delivered digitally and provide immediate access upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once an order is completed.

1. Digital Products

  • All sales of digital training plans and related content are final.

  • Once you receive access to your plan, we cannot issue a refund, exchange, or credit.

2. Subscription Services (if applicable)

  • If you sign up for a recurring subscription (e.g., ongoing access to content or updates), you may cancel anytime.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access until then.

  • No partial refunds are given for unused portions of a billing period.

3. Exceptions

We may, at our discretion, consider a refund in limited cases, such as:

  • Duplicate purchases made in error.

  • Technical issues preventing access that cannot be resolved.
